The Hongjitang Pharmaceutical (Laiwu) Intelligent Factory Project is a preferred project for the conversion of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong Province and a key project in Jinan City. The project covers an area of approximately 213 acres and has a planned construction area of 188000 square meters. It is mainly used for the production of oral liquids and solid Chinese medicine preparations.

Hongjitang Pharmaceutical (Laiwu) Intelligent Factory Project adopts the intelligent technology of "5G+Industrial Internet", combines advanced lean production, digital twins, Internet of Things, supply chain, big data, artificial intelligence and other technical means, introduces digital management systems such as MES, SCADA, WMS, WCS, etc., realizes the digital collection of park information, realizes the automation, digitalization and intellectualization of traditional Chinese medicine production, and creates a new scene of modern production of traditional Chinese medicine.
The project is equipped with the first complete intelligent solution for traditional Chinese medicine enterprises. Under the collaborative control of WMS, WCS, and RCS systems, the automatic ingredient system can control ingredient errors to ± 5g/box. Through the combination of DCS and WMS systems for control operations, the feeding AGV automatically feeds materials, doubling the feeding speed. With over 5300 automatic control points, real-time detection and precise control of temperature, pressure, vacuum degree, and other parameters in the production process are achieved.

Pioneering an automated sterilization logistics system, using RGV+AGV mode to allocate sterilization cabinets and turnover unloading bottles, meeting flexible production needs. High resolution industrial cameras can accurately identify visible foreign objects at high speed, with detection speed and comprehensive missed detection rate leading the industry level. The automated three-dimensional warehouse is controlled through collaborative information software systems such as ERP, WMS, WCS, etc., and can meet the simultaneous stacking and warehousing of 30 categories of finished products.
